Midori’s Tea started with a childhood memory. Growing up in Australia, there were always interesting Asian teas tucked away in the drawers at home.

But as I got older and went searching for premium teas that tasted just as special, I found they were surprisingly hard to come by.

After meeting Midori, and travelling through Taiwan and Japan with her, I began discovering beautiful teas from small producers — teas that were fragrant, thoughtful and full of character.

Midori’s Tea is my way of sharing those discoveries with the world.
