Description
Alishan High Mountain Oolong is a refined Taiwanese oolong grown in the misty mountain tea gardens of Alishan, one of Taiwan’s most celebrated high-mountain tea regions.
Cultivated at cool elevations, the tea plants grow slowly, developing a smooth, aromatic character with soft floral notes, a light creamy texture, and a clean, sweet finish. The result is an elegant, easy-drinking oolong with very little bitterness.
