HOW TO BREW
1. Measure the flowers
🌼1 tbsp. (≈2-4g )
Add dried chrysanthemum flowers to a mug or teapot.
2. Add hot water
💧300 mL (10 oz) 🌡️ 90-100°C (195-212°F)
Use near-boiling water to fully open the flowers and release flavour.
3. Brew
⌛3-5 minutes
Steep until the flowers fully open. Add more time for a stronger, sweeter infusion.

Grown in Tongluo Township (銅鑼鄉), Miaoli County in central Taiwan — a rural, inland region known for its agricultural valleys and traditional Hakka farming culture.

Tongluo is Taiwan’s main chrysanthemum-growing area, with fields stretching across villages in the townships, where flower cultivation has been established for generations.
