High Mountain Oolong (DaYuLing)
Description
Da Yu Oolong (Dayuling Oolong, 大禹嶺) is one of the most prestigious high-mountain teas from Taiwan, known for its extreme elevation, purity, and rarity.
Famous for growing at extreme altitude 2,600m+, the strong sun and cold misty air at these heights force the tea plants to grow incredibly slowly. This gradual growth produces concentrated flavour that is incredibly smooth with zero bitterness.
